Westella started brightly and in the 7th minute a cross to the far post
found Jamie Robinson who just missed wide. In the 13th minute the ball was
played out wide to Robinson whose cross was headed goalwards by Chris
Blenkin but it was easily saved by the Hider keeper. In the 14th minute the
ball broke out to Leech who crossed in and found Borman to head into an
empty net.

On the half hour Gibson just missed for Westella heading over
from a corner. Westella nearly equalised on the stroke of half time but
Geoff Herbert's header was cleared off the line. Westella equalised 5
minutes after the break after the ball was played out to Chris Edmonds who
cut inside and shot into the bottom corner from 20 yards.

Hider went back in
front in the 60th minute after a free-kick found Downing at the far post to
head home. Moments later Jamie Robinson was sent off for retaliation. Hider
sealed the points with just 5 minutes to spare when Borman broke the
off-side trap, rounded the keeper and slotted the ball into the empty net.
