North Ferriby Reserves 2 v 2 Westella & Willerby
A good game with both keepers having to be on their toes early on. Nathan Nuttall headed on a cross from Derbyshire in 10th minute, which was saved by Mudd. Sobers then brought 2 great saves out of Herschell-Smith, the 1st from a header, the rebound came back to Sobers only for him to be denied again.
Ferriby went ahead in 32nd minute; a free kick awarded near the touchline crossed in and was headed home by Ian Fenton.
Westella equalised on the stoke of half time, a free kick again, crossed to the far post for Cassidy to head home. Ferriby went back into the lead with a ball played down the left, which Sobers crossed to Darren France to shoot into the open goal. Westella equalised in 75th minute from another free kick taken by Derbyshire passed onto Cassidy to head home.
